Access is authorized on presentation of a name badge and proof of identity, or of an invitation accompagnied by a justification (business card, etc.) for registration at the entrance. Young people less than 16 years old are not admitted.

Air Flight Preferential Fares Air France - KLM is the official Exhibition airline. Exhibitors and their guests (Vistors) can take advantage of Air France - KLM discounts when travelling to or from the 2012 Exhibition. Identifier Code 12275AF, valid for travel from 06/06/2012 to 20/06/2012. Discounts are applied to a wide range of airfares on all Air France and KLM flights worldwide, if passengers are travelling on the following classes of travel: Espace Affaires [Business] and Economic [Coach] ). -10% rebate is applied on published non-restrictive public fares. A reduction of -5% is granted on restrictive-discounted fares. Use the website of this event or link to www.airfranceklm-globalmeetings.com to access: • the preferential fares granted for this event, • make your online reservation, • issue your electronic ticket (not available in certain countries), • select your seat (subject to conditions), • and print your boarding card (subject to conditions), If you buy your ticket via Air France and KLM Global Meetings website, your electronic ticket will carry a special mention which justifies the application of the preferential fares. This document may be requested at any point of the journey to support the reduced-fare price: Reduced fares on the French railway network COGES can, on request (see the form below), provide Exhibitors and guests invited by them, with discount vouchers giving a 20% reduction on fares on the French rail network for a round-trip ticket to Paris (1st or 2nd class), including: • the total full fare on the TGV, • the full fare, less any extras such as reservation or additional charges, on all other trains. These reductions are available for: • travel on the TGV (except at night), on Corail Téoz and Corail night journeys, subject to the number of seats available for this tariff. • seats on Corail and TER, within the total of seats available. The ticket is only valid for the TGV on which the reservation has been made. The reduction is not valid on travels out of France, on Eurostar and Thalys lines, and on the Paris Suburban Express Network. This ticket is valid for two weeks and must cover at least one Exhibition day. The discount voucher must be punched on the platform before boarding the train and produced with the ticket when tickets are inspected during the journey. When leaving Paris-Nord Villepinte, four Radio-taxi firms are authorized to collect customers from marked “TAXI POINTs” inside the Centre: To leave the Parc des Expositions, four radio-taxi firms can provide the required service: • Taxis G 7 : +33 (0)1 47 39 47 39 • Taxis Bleus : +33 (0)1 49 36 10 10 • Alpha Taxis : +33 (0)1 45 85 85 85 • ABC Taxis 93 : +33 (0)1 43 83 64 00 Back to main access by train (TGV) The TGV station at Charles de Gaulle Airport, Roissy, and the entry into service of TGV Est place the major regional and European capitals within a few hours of the Parc des Expositions, without having to pass through Paris. The connections (by Metro) of the Parisian main-line stations (Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord and Gare St Lazare) to Line B of the RER are shown on the map "access by the RER". Back to main access by public transport (RER) 1 - Getting from Paris to the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre by RER (Suburban Express Network) train Line B of the RER links Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse and Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport The Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre is served by the RER station “Parc des Expositions”. The Exhibition Centre is a 20-minute journey from the RER station in the Gare du Nord. During the getting-up and dismantling periods, check that the train stops at the “Parc des Expositions” station before boarding. 2 - To travel between Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport and the Paris-Nord. RER B (Suburban Express Network – line B) The Exhibition Centre is a 8-minute journey from the RER station “Aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle 1” and 10 minutes from the interconnexion TGV-RER station “Aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle 2”. 3 - To travel between Orly Airport and the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre Take “ORLYVAL” to Antony station. Change there onto RER Line B, which takes you to the ‘Parc des Expositions’ station. The journey takes approximately one hour. Back to main Restaurants on site The Paris Nord Exhibition Centre has permanent restaurants and bars (fast food) located throughout the Exhibition Halls and in the Reception Gallery. During the setting-up period (4 to 10 June) and the dismantling period (16 to 19 June), Eliance/ Restaurants & Sites and Horeto will provide a rapid meal service. Irrespective of the restaurant in which this service is provided, the cost per person will be unique. Staff will be in attendance for a further half-hour – effects remaining after this time can be reclaimed at Cloakroom GA3 in the Reception Gallery until 22h00. Beyond that time, they will be available on the following day during Cloakroom opening hours. Other zones (‘Cyber Cafés’) will be signposted during the Exhibition to offer Exhibitors and Visitors supplementary Internet connections. Back to main Cash Machines Cash machines are available in the entrance area of Hall 6 (Visitors’ Entrance) and also in the entrance areas of Halls 5a and 3. Two banks (BNP Paribas and Crédit Commercial de France) are open in the Avenue des Nations, opposite the ‘Parc des Expositions’ RER station.
