offering services to Exhibitors, Visitors and the Media during the Exhibition.
Our commitments are to achieve quality and performance objectives in a genuine partnership for the satisfaction of our clients :
- a high level of service (performance, readiness, attitude);
- reliability of service (permanent staffing, punctuality, respect for the contract programme, fair price);
- a desire to communicate, to inform, listen and consult our clients - in a permanent contact with the Organizer;
- compliance with labour regulations, especially as regards employment of foreign workers;
- compliance with hygiene and security conditions on the Exhibition site (Health and Safety) during setting-up and dismantling;
- confidentiality in the provision of services ans security measures (against unauthorised entry, theft and vandalism);
- environmental impact compensation and reduction measures, particularity by reducing and managing construction site waste;
- a permanent concern for service assessment, review and report.
