improve their visibility and be more easily identified by visitors (highlighted
signs). A conference area will be set aside for them.

Networking activity.
Meetings are requested and scheduled by consulting the official Exhibition
Catalogue(online by April 12, 2012).
By signing up for this free service, Exhibitors commit themselves to receiving

"Strategy consultant" area
Managers of exhibiting companies have access to international experts on industrial
strategy and business development , recruited in their geographical zone. On the
basis of scheduled meetings to analyse prospects, these experts offer their know-how
and experience to Exhibitors.
In 2010, consultations allowed 150 company managers to obtain information about
export opportunities.
In 2012, support will be offered with agencies expert in zones such as Russia, USA,
India, South America, Israel ...

In 2010, 72 countries and 2 organizations (EU, NATO) have sent 126 Official Delegations.

topics confronting doctrine, technology choices and lessons learned from operations
- Conferences and workshops on Defence & Security Policies and Strategy held by
international Think tanks
- Conferences and workshops held on the "Training & Simulation" cluster
- Technology clusters conferences and workshops (held by Exhibitors presenting their
products)
